GOODBYE CHILDHOOD!

G

                                       Desperate childhood!
                                       You cannot chide me,
                                       You are dead,
                                       In the grave of time.

                                       Sunken childhood!
                                       You cannot touch me,
                                       You have drowned,
                                       Into the bygone.

                                       Desolate childhood!
                                       You cannot bog me,
                                       You are a void,
                                       Toying with darkness.

                                       Tyrant childhood!
                                       Bitter and barren,
                                       A concatenation of mockery,
                                       Myself on verge of jeopardy.

                                       You were a ravaging fear,
I fear the thought of you near,
                                       You were the bitter medicine,
                                       Who taught me to cheer.
                                       Take your fees and depart,
No regrets dwell in my heart.

( Childhood of some people are bitter. It is better to forget bitter memories of childhood to lead a healthy adult life.)
