Boredom is a chore
Which slackens the mind.
Boredom is a plight,
Which drags the fight.
Boredom is the hinge,
Which moves not an inch.
Boredom is the settler,
Who does not flutter.
Boredom is the gum,
Which sticks you dumb.
Boredom is the tomb,
Where interest has no room.
Boredom is the culprit,
Which engulfs dulpit.
Never is a whore,
As insipid as boredom.
Boredom dwells in us,
Indispensable as a chore.
( If life continues as a continuous repetitive activity with no added thrills, it becomes a boredom.)
